When Ty first proposed the idea, Zane had hemmed and hawed and tried to think of some reason why they couldn’t. It wasn’t that being out with Ty in public made him nervous because they were a same-sex couple. He was just usually introverted and fairly quiet. Ty was a ball of light and manic energy. Zane just didn’t think he could keep up. He was afraid Ty would realize he was actually pretty boring.
We’ll go with Nick and Kelly. Nick’s real laid back like you.
After Ty had pulled out all the stops including crawling into Zane’s lap to stare at him with big eyes, Zane agreed.
