if the pain is shooting and goes that far i’d venture to say it’s a nerve thing? did you sleep funny or sit differently today or something?
no not really and the shooting thing i’m pretty sure was just a cramp at this point cause it hasn’t happened again but it’s like a 3/10 pain to roll my shoulder and it makes this kind of cracking/popping noise each time
